This year's Craft Fair is on track to be our best ever!!

The Craft Show will be Sat. Sept. 27 in conjunction with the I-94 Chamber of Commerce business expo at the Rogers Middle School.

Crafter Info:
Crafter setup will begin at 7:00am the morning of the show. The map below shows the current layout. Booths along the edge will have access to electricity in limited numbers.  Below are links that will download a PDF version of the application and of the MN ST19 tax form needed.

When and Where is the Craft Show?

            Date and Time:  Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008

            Location:  Rogers Middle School

Directions:  From I-94, Take the 101 exit for Rogers.  Turn North on 101 and go approximately ½ mile, to Cty. Rd. 144 (141st Ave.).  Turn Right (East).  At the next stoplight, turn right to enter the Rogers Middle School parking lot.


How do I apply to be part of the event?

Click on the link below to download a copy of the application, print and complete it and return with a check for the applicable fee.

 

What if I need electricity?

Electricity outlets are limited, and there is an additional fee of $10.00. 

 

What else do I need to have?

Please bring your own tables/chairs as none will be available for you to use.



We must have a copy of your MN Tax ID Form (Form ST19) before set-up can begin.  A copy can be downloaded and printed from the website.

 

How will you be selecting and placing vendors?

Please respond promptly, since selection is on a first come first serve basis.  See below for more information. For Crafters, we will accept as many as space allows.  We ask in the application that you submit pictures of your product so we can best place you.  We will make every attempt to ensure that products and vendors with similar products are not placed next to each other.  The better you, as a vendor, describe your product, the better job we can do in placing you in a great spot.

 

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellation deadline:  2 weeks prior to the Expo.  There will be no refunds after this deadline.  Any other cancellations/refunds will be at the discretion of the Rogers Women of Today.  A minimum $5.00 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.  If you find that you cannot attend at the last minute, and cannot fill the space yourself, please let us know in case we have late applications. 

   

 

When can we be there to setup?

Setup is restricted to the day of the event and will begin promptly at 7:00am.  Please adhere to this time – no early birds!  There will be a mandatory check-in prior to set-up.

 

Please be considerate of your customers and other visitors, and once you have unloaded, please move your vehicle to the back of the lot leaving the prime parking for your customers.

 

 

  

How will you publicize the event to ensure maximum attendance?

Publicity will include:  paid advertisements in the local papers, flyers distributed all over town and at other area events, and road signs in town and nearby communities. 

 

Will breakfast or lunch be made available?

There will be a waffle breakfast in the morning sponsered by the Rogers Rotary.  Other food will be available during the afternoon.
